Cache folder full

Hello, last week my computer told me I had no space left for new documents. I had our IT guy log in and he said the cache folder was over 100GB. He moved the folders out and emptied it and everything worked fine again. However, today the issue reappeared and he had to login again. He deleted the cache but says it will be full again tomorrow as my cache folder is growing over 100GB daily and the hard drive gets full right away. What do you recommend I do to get this problem to go away?
