Files are missing, but just for me.
I've been using Box within my company for over a year now to access company files. As of a couple hours ago, all the files are missing. Just for me, everyone else can still access them. I've had our administrator remove and add me with no change. I've changed my password. I've rebooted my computer. Same issue persists. It's very important to my daily work for me to access these files. I need assistance.
