Moving Folders to a new account under a separate license

Hi,

My company needs to move a large-sized folder to a new account (with a separate enterprise license). The current folder has over 600 contributors (users with various permissions), and the plan is to migrate it to a new account in a separate box enterprise license (given the current one is owned by another company) with just a limited number of users (a few users). Is this migration from one box to another box license possible? If yes, what would be the risks associated with moving the files to a new licensed account without most users and contributors?
