Banner ad causes confusion and blocks successful file sharing

When non-Box users click on a link to access a shared file, a prominent green banner appears at the top of the page reading "Log in to Box to save all files you view in your Recents and return to them at any time."

The banner's display style strongly implies that the suggestion in the green banner must be followed.  

In addition, the arrow button that allows the recipient to download the shared files is almost entirely hidden under the green banner, and the recipient would have to be aware that they can (and should) click the small ‘x’ at the far right end of the banner to close it and thereby reveal the download button. 

This is causing callbacks from our paying customers and an unprofessional appearance for us. Can this banner be moved or removed?
