    It sounds like you've done everything right on your end, but it's possible that the free version of your file-sharing service might have limitations on notifications. Some free versions only offer basic features, and advanced notification settings might be part of a paid plan.

    I recommend checking the specific documentation or support resources for the service you're using to confirm if this feature is available in the free version.     Hello Michelle,

    Thank you for your response. The documentation I've read so far indicates that the free version can send these notifications if enabled. It's disappointing that customer service is so difficult to reach. In my opinion, the lack of customer service support would prevent me from upgrading to the paid plan.
