Unable to Access Link

I am logged into Box; I received a link from a Collaborator and when I click on the link I receive an error message that reads "Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for." I am not seeing much of anything in Box and believe I am missing some type of connection with collaborators, even though the link has been shared with me.
