An error occurred while requesting for the file or access tokens

Hi,when I try to preview the file uploaded to box,I got a error said:We are sorry,an error occurred while requesting for the file or access tokens. Just like below

I want to know why I get this error?

The way I get preview of the file is that I put a iframe with src:https://app.box.com/preview/expiring_embed/share_code?view=list&sort=date&theme=gray&show_parent_path=no&show_item_feed_actions=no in the page.

  Are you using the Get Embed Link endpoint to generate this preview link? Or are you generating the preview link in a different way?

  Yes,I use the Get Embed Link to generate the preview link (https://docs.box.com/reference#get-embed-link),and get the error.This error is not occur every time, and i can not reproduce it.
