Does revoking tokens terminate webhooks?

My app is using WebhooksV1.  Does anyone know if revoking the access_token (https://docs.box.com/v2.0/docs/oauth-20#section-7-destroying-tokens) also discontinues the webhooks for the user?

 

In a related question, are webhooks only active while there's a valid access_token?  Do expired tokens lose the webhook subscription?

  It appears that when there are no active access tokens associated with a user, all webhooks created by that user become inactive. I asked a related question here.
