Not able to upload a file(pdf) on a particular folder

Hi Team,

Need your immediate attention to this:

We are trying to upload files on box folders for a group of users since last few month for which we are using the box upload file API.

Although we were able to upload many of the pdfs to the folders every month, there is a particular folder on which not a single upload has happened for last few months.

Please help me to resolve what is the exact issue with the folder.

Is it something blocking the uploads on the folder?

The below are the details of the service account which we are using for making the API calls:

And the folder_id : ***number removed for privacy***50
