stream_type admin_logs

I cannot make parameter (stream_type=admin_logs) work in events query; i wonder if it is because of my account type, the admin has to be a admin of enterprise account ?

My current plan is 'Starter'.

 

if i remove "stream_type=admin_logs" from events query, it works;

and it works with ""stream_type=admin_logs" if i use developer sample token from the app.

   For the events query that is not working, what are the steps you are using to generate that token?
