Need Clarification about uploading a PDF and converting it to HTML5, then downloading it
Hello,
My company is designing a custom app for our customers to share files and edit them. I talked to a box sales representative and he told me we could use the box API to upload the PDF documents and convert them to HTML5, then retrieve them back for storage on our server.
As I am reading there was a change in your API's in which you could accomplish this before, but now I'm not seeing a clear example of how to do this.
What we're trying to accomplish is have people be able to share their documents in a web browser on mobile devices and be able to make edits to these documents.
I.E. People making annotation and changes to documents from mobile devices and everyone being able to see the changes made.
My assumption was we could convert these documents to HTML files, then we could use some sort of javascript class to edit these files.
If this is possible or there is an easier way to accomplish this task please let me know as this is the primary reason we would be investing in the BOX api
