Excel file with macro using by different users

Hi Everyone 

I need help with the topic below.

I need create "Master "excel file on Box with macro(VBA). Macro in "Master"  file will be open another files "templates" in BOX and copy data from "templates" to "Master". I saw that the path for files saved on box is personalized and different people who open the same file from box, have different path. It's impossible to create macro which use path to open file because it works only for one person who created macro, nobody besides me can use it.  Any idea how to override this problem ?
