Crocodoc EOL and Externally Stored Converted Files
Good morning!
We have used Box View in the past to incorporate PDFs into a web app as a reliable preview of the document. Our workflow in the past has been to upload PDFs to the Box View API for conversion, then download the resulting SVG/PNG package and view those files using the Crocodoc viewer locally.
Going forward, is this kind of process (downloading the converted files and running on our own server) still possible under the new Box View or do any files that need to be viewed using Box View need to be stored and accessed from Box's servers? Is there any concern about downtime? (we previously haven't wanted to rely on an external service for mission critical files).
Thanks!

Any answer ont his subject, Box Support ? We are quite a few clients using the assets locally, or somewhere...
Does the EOL mean the API is completely shut down, or does it mean that old services are still working but that the feature won't be available in the new box view (i checked, its not, and its a huge problem to cut down such features -> our app is basically used by half a million healthcare professionals in France, just to let you know...).
I'm trying to get answers from support but they are just sending my links to the docs, when answering. So if anyone knows something... please post it !
Kudos
