s3 bucket
AnsweredHello .
For the new box view, can the files converted to html5 be saved at a s3 bucket ?
Thank you

Hi ,
Thanks for writing in! You can, but not natively. Our recommendation would be to use the storage on Box, and utilize our converted assets/previews directly from Box.
You certainly can still upload a file to generate any of the available representations (try them out!):
https://developer.box.com/v2.0/reference#get-representations
And download them to your storage location of choice. However, if you want a preview to be generated from the Box side, that content must be stored on Box. We know it's a deviation from your experience in the legacy View/Crocodoc, but these changes will allow us to make the service scale more efficiently and sets us up to provide more/better functionality in the future!
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
Jason
