Hey , thanks for writing to the forums! For other readers, Vladimir also wrote in with a support ticket to us but we wanted to close the loop here too.

Box's Preview does have a file size limit, but you're well within the bounds:

    https://community.box.com/t5/How-to-Guides-for-Managing/File-Types-and-Fonts-Supported-in-Box-Content-Preview/ta-p/327

Instead, what we found via the support ticket was that the files Vladimir's working with were using embedded fonts. Embedded fonts are supported by Box (we will substitute in the "next best"/available font) and most preview without issue, but there are isolated instances where we cannot preview a file due to some level of complexity or in this case, a font that Preview is not able to substitute properly.

In any case like this, the best thing to do is recommend using less complex fonts or removing problematic Embedded fonts (again, most will preview without issue), then reuploading. On the Mac version of Powerpoint, I actually get prompted to remove embedded fonts as soon as I open up a file - so in the long run across many users, it would be best to limit the visual complexity of troublesome documents.

    Hope that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jason
