Permission issue? when creating Primary Access Token

Hello, I get this error when trying to get the primary access token:  This application needs to be authorised by the enterprise admin.

 

There is another similar thread that mentions the issue and the provided solution is related to remove permissions and re-assigning again. But we don´t know what this means by looking in the admin console. 

 

I am attaching here the exact message that we get, appreciate your help in advance.

  Here's the relevant steps that should get you through authorizing your application in the enterprise: https://developer.box.com/docs/configuring-box-platform#section-4-grant-access-in-enterprise-admin-console. Let me know if you have any issues.
