Where can we store application Configuration in box?

Where can we store application Configuration in box? I want to store configuration in SQL table Format where user can update by themselves.

I will be referring this configuration in my C# code based on I will access files.

Structure would look like:

col1    col2  col3

val1  val2   val3

val4  val5   val6

Please advise.
