getAllEnterpriseUsers is not working, its not able to retrived all my users

I am using box api to create subfolder.

I want to collaborate my user to this sub-folder of my app

So I am using the getAllEnterpriseUsers(api) method to fetch all user, but its not returning any user.

Is there better way to fetch the user and collaborate to particular subfolder?

   in your app's settings on the developer console make sure to enable Enterprise access for your app.
