Webhook v1 not working
AnsweredI just created a webhook v1 notification for some events, and I'm not receiving any of these notifications.
I follow these steps:
- I checked the option "manage webhooks"
- I have configured the webhook v1 with the options that I need to listen
- The endpoint of notification is a public HTTP address
Then, when I delete, modify or create a new file with my account (the same as dev account) at the web portal, no notification appears on my application.
I need to do something more? Is there any wrong?

Hi Miguel,
If you are working with a V1 webhook that you created in the Developer Console, you will need to contact Box Support to enable the Webhook. Another option is to use Webhooks V2 which does not require Box Support to enable. You can see more about V2 webhooks here: https://developer.box.com/v2.0/reference#webhooks-v2.
