Box CLI: config file is being used by another process

Hi,

The setup of CLI seems to be successful. But when trying to upload the folders using the command

box folders upload --as-user  

I get the following error::

The process cannot access the file 'config.json' because it is being used by another process.

I have tried restarting the command prompt and machine but to no avail.
