APIs fail with TaskCanceledException
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to integrate Box into my .Net application and am using the Box .Net SDK to do the same
My Box app has been registered with an Enterprise account
I've noticed that Box throws TaskCanceledExceptions randomly and quite often while making API calls like FilesManager.GetInformationAsync() or FoldersManager.GetInformationAsync()
Has anyone faced a similar issue? If yes, please let me know if it's because I should upgrade my Box account plan or a setting while making the API calls
Thanks a ton!

That sounds like an issue with how the .NET runtime you're using is handling network connections rather than a Box API issue, since you're not receiving an error response from Box but instead seeing the entire network request canceled. Unfortunately, I'm not able to diagnose the root cause of the issue immediately, but I can at least tell you that it's almost certainly not due to your Box plan or anything like that! If you're still having issues, please feel free to file an issue directly over at https://github.com/box/box-windows-sdk-v2 and the SDK team can help you troubleshoot
