Box Status

China access for Content Uploader widget

Hi all,

 

We're using this widget for one of our website portals:

https://developer.box.com/docs/box-content-uploader

 

It seems that our China-based users are not able to see this widget. We suspect it's because the JS (https://cdn01.boxcdn.net/platform/elements/9.1.1/en-US/uploader.js) and CSS libraries and the other files/libraries that they call, are not accessible in China. 

 

Wondering if anyone has faced this issue or has a workaround to make this widget usable in China?

    Hi  ,

     

    I haven't seen that issue, but if you host the uploader.js file (and any other associated JS / CSS files) on your server yourself, rather than link to the Box CDN hosted location, I believe that should solve the issue if it's being blocked by some filter rules.
