Not sure how to do this via CLI

  Through the CLI you can fetch events coming from the system. The command also allows you to filter based on different event types, so technically you could do something like this to fetch that data:

   

  box events --event-types=NEW_USER

   

  That should give you the data that you could use to generate a report.
