Hello. I need to get an external folder using API. Method "GetFolderItems" doesn't return external folders. How can I get all external folders?

  Hi ,

   

  The best option will to have the account that you are trying to access the folder from set up as a collaborator (endpoint info) for the folder. That will give you permission to access the data if it is owned by someone outside your enterprise / company.

  I have the same problem. The originator of the folder set me as co-owner, and it shows in the web-ui. But if I use CLI with the command [box folders:items 0 --as-user:########], it returns everything except the shared folder.
