Token refresh error

    Hi ,

     

    My guess is there will be a few scenarios where this likely:

    1. The refresh token is old (they expire after 60 days) and you're trying to use an expired token.
    2. The application permissions / scopes have changed and the original permission contract being requested in the token (what scopes it has access to) are different than what the app is scoped for.
    3. The user has revoked / denied access to their account by your application.

    If that's not the case if you file a support ticket with your request ID they should be able to dig up additional information.
