Token refresh error
Token for a tenant is not being refreshed with the following error:
{"error":"access_denied","error_description":"Access denied"}
Can you please describe in which cases Box OAuth API returns this error.

My guess is there will be a few scenarios where this likely:
- The refresh token is old (they expire after 60 days) and you're trying to use an expired token.
- The application permissions / scopes have changed and the original permission contract being requested in the token (what scopes it has access to) are different than what the app is scoped for.
- The user has revoked / denied access to their account by your application.
If that's not the case if you file a support ticket with your request ID they should be able to dig up additional information.
