Box Skills and webhooks v0.1 triggers

Hi,

I'm fairly new to box and trying to set up skills or webhooks to invoke my aws service when event triggered.

I created a custom skills and provide endpoint of my aws api. It works when I test it from console but it doesn't work when I upload a file. I found that I need to access https://app.box.com/master/skills to enable my skills to folder but I'm getting 'Access to app.box.com was denied'. Is supposed to be done by admin account?

About the webhooks v0.1, I also created an enterprise app and webhooks within it.

According to tutorial (https://developer.box.com/guides/webhooks/manage/manually/),

I need to go 'https://[enterprise_name].app.box.com/services/[service_short_name]' for installation but it redirects me to 'https://[enterprise_name].app.box.com/services'. Anything I missed here?
