    Hi ,

     

    Since this is related to your org and your instance of box.com, I'd recommend filing a ticket with support so that they can take a look into the issue and account. If you provide them with the information you have here that should be enough for them to start working off of.

    Hi  thanks for the help! I followed your link but only have a button for "ask the community" once I login. Is there something I'm missing?

    Hi ,

     

    My apologies, the support ticketing system will send you back here if you're logged in under a free Box enterprise account. Here are some options:

    1. Within the support page log in with a paid enterprise account. This will open up the options to file a support ticket.
    2. For free accounts, since this is related to the web app, the folks that are in the web app forum might be able to provide better guidance as to what the issue might be.
