Not getting admin events as expected

Hi,

We are trying to access admin events through apis. We had a next_stream_position stored in our system. We had uploaded folder containing files. And we were trying access the UPLOAD events through admin events.

Folder id of the uploaded folder is 116890174066 (I hope it is deleted i.e in trash)

Query used along with bearer token is as follows.

Folder was uploaded on 30th of june. We tried accessing admin events even after hours of uploading. But still we weren't getting events.

Please point out if any mistakes we are committing while calling api.
