API Documentation for Get Embed Link is wrong?
The documenation at this link https://docs.box.com/reference#get-a-thumbnail-for-a-file suggests that an expiring web link should have a header bar with logo and download/print option. It has no bar at all. Am I doing something wrong? I have tried changing the option in Content & Sharing to Let users download links. Nothing changes.
Suggestions? Is the documentation just wrong?

Thanks for pointing this out. I'll update the documentation to clarify this.
We are in the process of updating the preview experience generated from the Get Embed Link endpoint. This update went live on July 1 for users of a free account and will be turned on for users on a paid account August 1.

Sorry to reopen it, but the `showDownload` options is not working for me.
I just added the chain "&showDownload=true" to the url of a request I already use and no buttons are shown, also no enterprise brandng is shown.
However, when I access the preview from the normal web front-end, I see both the branding and download options.

Hi,
The custom branding is available to developers on a paid plan. If you are a paying customer and would like to use it, your customer success manager will have to turn it on for you. (If you are a paying customer but do not have a customer success manager let me know and I can turn it on for you).
For the issue regarding the download button not showing up: What permissions do you have on the file? The download will only show up if you have the appropriate permissions to download the file. You can read about the different access levels here: https://community.box.com/t5/Collaboration-and-Sharing/What-Are-The-Different-Access-Levels-For-Collaborators/ta-p/144

We do have a " customer success manager", so I will manage branding with him, thanks.
Regarding the download option, I assume I have download permissions since I can download de document from the normal view when accessing from the website or while using the API. So I don't understand why the option is not there on the preview.
