how to get a file uri by box sdk?

recently we are developing a box app, we want to get the url for the file, not the directories。

the uri should be just like the uri when user click the file from the file list, like : https://app.box.com/files/0/f/removed for privacy34/PerimeterOnlineTestFolder

or :

https://app.box.com/files/13/f/0/1/f_94186953403
