Box API EOL

Hi. I can't seem to find any definite answers on an exact date for ending the old Box API support, nor can I figure out what exactly that means. Just googling around, it's not entirely clear.

1. Is there an exact date for the EOL?

2. Is the service going to be turned off (i.e. my applications relying on it will break), or will it keep running and just no longer be developed?

Just to clarify, are you referring to the Box v1 content API? Or something else?

It would be whichever API is wrapped by this package

The Node package you linked to uses the legacy Box View API. The EOL date for the legacy Box View API is January 15, 2018. This blog post has more information.

We released a new version of the Box View API to replace the legacy Box View API. The getting started for the new Box View API is available here.

Does this also affect Box Content (v2.0)? To confirm the baseURL we use is :
```
https://api.box.com/2.0/
```

The EOL referenced in this thread doesn't affect the Box Content API. The EOL affects the old Box View API, which has a base URL of https://view-api.box.com/1/.
