Viewer API gives 'Box Server Error' without changes (resolved)Answered
All of the sudden the Box Viewer API call for creating a View Session returns 'Fatal error: Uncaught Box\View\BoxViewException: Server error'.
We don't see any updates on the status page, is there any way somebody can be of assistance?

The issue seems to be resolved. Very weird though that none of the Status pages made notice of it.
Thanks for reporting this issue. As mentioned in this thread and the "Box View API returning status 503 errors" thread, there was a service issue with the View API earlier today. We posted a note on our status page with more information.
