Viewer API gives 'Box Server Error' without changes (resolved)

Dear Box,

 

All of the sudden the Box Viewer API call for creating a View Session returns 'Fatal error: Uncaught Box\View\BoxViewException: Server error'.

 

We don't see any updates on the status page, is there any way somebody can be of assistance?

The issue has been going for over 45 minutes.

The issue seems to be resolved. Very weird though that none of the Status pages made notice of it.

  The issue seems to be resolved. Very weird that none of the status pages made any notice of it...

  It's better for us too. We have not seen an error since 2017_02_23T14:01:13.500Z (GMT).

   Thanks for reporting this issue. As mentioned in this thread and the "Box View API returning status 503 errors" thread, there was a service issue with the View API earlier today. We posted a note on our status page with more information.
