Metadata for file received through Upload Widget

I am using the Upload Widget and looking to rename the file as per the Email provided in the email field. I can't seem to figure out the where to get that Metadata and then use it to Append it to the File name.

 

Please help.

  I'm also using an Upload Widget and was wondering if there is a way to include the Metadata in the email notification I receive for that folder?  I know it's not exactly related to the original question, but it hits on the same information...
