Unfortunately, we currently don't have a feature to enable downloading a file as a ZIP with the API.

Thanks, what's the alternative then for getting assets of the document/file uploaded?

Box no longer converts documents to SVG/HTML assets for viewing or download. The file is previewed as a PDF asset.

You will be able to retrieve a PDF or text representation of the document/file in an upcoming API update.

You can get the PDF representation of a file type (that is applicable) via our new Reps API

Converting document to ZIP (which contains individual pages as SVGs etc) was supported in old Box View API

Quite shocked to know that the new BOX API has revoked/no longer supporting the above mentioned functionality.

We spent quite a bit of time in building our application based on the above work flows.

The old BOX view is going to expire(end of life) by January 15, 2018

You are supposed to continue support the old BOX view till you add these features (ZIP) in the new BOX APIs

Kindly let us know ETA to add the support (ZIP file - which has svgs) to new BOX API

    Thanks,

    Prabhath
