I am in the develop team and we have some questions very urgent. It would be very thankful if someone can help to answer, or can forward this message to other people in Box API team.
(1) I have understood the API limitation, such as 50,000 API calls per month for Business plan.
Is there a API can get how many API calls I have made and how many API calls remaining, so we can track the API calls number to avoid it exceed limitation.
(2) I find some actions can generate a user event, some actions can generate an enterprise event.
I find some action can generate two event, one user event and one enterprise event.
For example, when a regular user upload a file, I can get a JSON for this event by calling user event API, and I can also get a JSON for this event by calling enterprise event api.
But this two JSON event objects are different, even the event_id are different.
How can I match this two events so I can know these two JSON represent the same event actually?
And the ip_address attribute only exists in enterprise event JSON, so for user event, how to get ip_address??
(3) What kind of chunked API you have?
I only find chunked API for uploading files, do you offer other chunked API calls?
For example delete 100 files by making one API call, and does it count as 1 API call or 100 API calls??
(4) We want to try the Enterprise plan if possible.
Is there a free trial for Enterprise plan or how much is it?
