Trigger Search in Mobile App from Link

Is there a particular link format (similar to Deep Linking) that, when executed, opens the Box mobile app and triggers a specific keyword search?

I imagine the syntax would be something like this:      boxapp://search?keyword=[keyword]

Use case: embedding a link in ESRI Collector app. Deep linking in Box worked, but not offline (which is a required use case). Search works offline in Box, so if a similar link that triggers a keyword search in the Box mobile app could be formed then our design requirements would be met.
