Box Note Phone and Email links

I'm considering generating some box notes with phone numbers and email addresses that will be accessed through the Box mobile app.

There's currently a few issues with links:

- Attempting to add a link like the following results in `http://` being prepended to the URL which of course makes this not work.

- Adding a `mailto` link does seem to work without having a protocol prepened to the URL. However, tapping this link in the Android app does nothing.

I would like to be able to add notes with phone numbers that can be tapped to initiate a call and email addresses that can be tapped to initiate a new email to that address.
