Error Creating OAuth 2.0 with JWT (Server Authentication) app

No matter what name I choose for such an app, I keep getting the same error:

   Thanks for posting. I just tested creating an application, but I couldn't reproduce the error you are seeing. So we can investigate further, can you please file a support ticket?
