Update Metadata on files uploaded via Box for Salesforce

I'm looking for the best way to update the metadata on files uploaded via box for salesforce. I was looking at the Box for Salesforce toolkit and the SDK but there really doesn't seem to be much in the way for metadata in either.

  Hey , 

   

  Unfortunately today /metadata functions are not supported in the Box for Salesforce SDK. However, if necessary, you are still able to manually construct a HTTP request to the /metadata endpoint
