"Item with same already exists"

Hi,

Through API Call, when I was uploading a file into box folder it start throwing "BoxServerException: Item with the same name already exists ", where as it was working fine for 3 months, we are having override option and change in the Security.

Is there any limitation on the number of files or size of the Folder in the Box through API call?
