About the status parameter(tracking_codes) while creating a new managed user

While creating a new managed user, if we give the status parameter(tracking_codes) as cannot_delete_edit, or cannot_delete_edit_upload and if the share the user's folders with other users(internal or external), what would be the impact to the folders?
