Service Now to Box - change of ownership request
Hi
I have a query does anyone know if you can build a process from Service Now to Box.
That would allow a user to log a ticket and request the owner of a folder changed to a new owner.
The scenario would be the user has left /on sick leave and another user needs to become to owner to able to amend, add collaborators etc.
Currently we do this process manually the incident comes in, we get approval from previous manager, hr and then manually go in as admin to the console and under content change the owner or invite the requested person and make the change.
The ideal solution would be the requester would submit the request advise the previous owner the name of the folder and who the new owner would be.
Obviously there is the deletion process where we would delete the account move the all content to a specific user/manager but that is for all content and this individual.
