Self expire share link

Hi Everyone,

 

Can yo set the expiry date for the share link when I share the folder with others on temporary basis?

Where can I see all the shared folder in box console?

    Hi ,

     

    Yes, you can set the expiration time of a shared link when you create it. The create shared link endpoint will allow you to set a unshared_at value, which will be when the shared link expires.

     

    To see all of the shared links that you have you, or your enterprise admin, can access that information via the admin console. To get the report:

    1. Go to your admin console.
    2. In the left nav, click on "Reports"
    3. In the list of reports there will be an option for "Shared Links". That will be the report you'll want to export.
