Possible to view Deleted Accounts

Hi,

 

First time posting here in the Box Forums. I've recently set up the Box CLI for our environment. I have a user who claims their Box account was deleted and a secondary one created for them. I can find this "new" account in the Box CLI, but I don't see a way to search for deleted Box accounts in the CLI or the web interface.

 

Is this possible to do?

   Welcome to the Developer Forum! 

   

  The best way to go about this is to look for a delete user event. This can be done via the UI or API: 

   

  • Via the UI it would be the user activity report of the admin console for "delete user" event 
  • Via the API it would be enterprise event stream https://developer.box.com/en/reference/get-events/ and https://developer.box.com/en/guides/events/for-enterprise/. This is the DELETE_USER event.
