unable to reset password
when i try to reset password from forgot password page i am getting email saying "You recently requested to reset your password. For your security, an email was sent to ***email address removed for privacy***(hear i masked my email)with a link to reset your password. Please check your primary email address for this account."
my primary email has alias, but i am not getting reset link.

You'll probably need to contact Box support for help with that, we can't help with password resets in the developer forum.
