If I cancel at any time, will I be refunded the remaining time left on my account?

Hi, I'm new to Box and my institution is concerned about the costs if we do not prefer to stay with the Box system for a whole year.

If I am to cancel say 6 months in on our Business Plus account, will we be refunded the reaming 6 months of our plan?

  Hi Laura!

  You'll want to choose a monthly plan. If you choose an annual plan, you're not able to cancel midway through your term. For more information on your specific case or to change your trial to monthly instead of annual, please submit a case with our billing team, and we'll be happy to assist.
