Incredibly frustrated by link changes that have destroyed years of support references
I'm trying to find Box documentation that ought to be simple and straightforward to locate. I need to give a client a simple and screen-shotted view of how to set up and where to locate the direct link to a file (without including the rest of the Box interface including identifying information).
I've spent 20 minutes Googling, and every link I've found either resolves to the Box home page or resolves to a community solution that contains a reference to Box documentation... which resolves to the Box home page.
It shouldn't take 20 minutes to find un-broken information about a simple, core piece of the interface.
I don't want to have to recreate Box's documentation from scratch in our own system. I want to be able to refer to Box's own materials. But when I have a MLIS degree and can't get the system to give me a single still-valid link after 20 minutes of searching, I'm not seeing a lot of alternatives.
Has anyone else figured out how to get around this years-of-destroyed-links problem and get to actual information?

Yes, This is how i search it now:
1. Navigate to https://support.box.com/hc/en-us
2. Search for the topic in the search bar and hit search
3. When results are displayed in the left you can see "articles" and "Community"
Hope this helps.
