Issues viewing shared video through University

My college anatomy class assigned me a video to watch through box. When I click on the link it takes me to my logged-in box account, but says the shared file or folder link has been removed or is not available to me. Any tips on how to solve this issue?

  What happens if you paste the link into a different browser not already logged into Box?
