"Microsoft Office Online" is grayed out after updating

Please let me know how to solve this.

cannot edit a excel file by "Microsoft Office Online" invited folder on Box.

Of course, I found the topic refer to disable "Hide collaborators and their activity from non-owners", but no longer to edit this anymore after updating.

If someone knows how to solve this bizarre issue, please help me.
